Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

a) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the institutional market.

b) Identify key growth opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management :

a)  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutional clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other relevant organizations, and need to visit Army hospitals and paramedical staff after certain time intervals if needed.

b)  Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

a) Develop in-depth knowledge of our medical products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.

b) Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.

Quoting and Negotiation:

a) Provide accurate and competitive price quotes for products or services.

b) Engage in effective negotiation to close deals and achieve sales targets.

GEM Platform Proficiency (required):

a) Demonstrate proficiency in working with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.

b) Navigate GeM efficiently to manage sales transactions, bids, and related activities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

a) Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

b) Ensure seamless communication and coordination to enhance the overall customer experience.

Regulatory Compliance:

a) Ensure all sales activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards in the medical field.

b) Stay informed about changes in regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Documentation/ Sales Support:

a) Complete all the documentation from applying for tender on Gem and sharing proposal to client till submission of the tender and proposal.

b) Provide necessary information, quotations, and guidance to potential clients,

b) facilitating their decision-making process.

 • Follow-up :

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure their queries are addressed and to nurture leads through the sales pipeline. 

 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Proficient in Government e-marketplace (GEM) platform. 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in B2B/Institutional sales. 

• Knowledge of medical products. 

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
