VISUAL DESIGNER
As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the team's success, contributing to the conceptualisation and execution of visually stunning design projects for up to five clients simultaneously. Your innovative mindset and design-centric approach will be instrumental in elevating GRADICAL’s creative output. What you’ll do: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist & Team Lead, Marketing Executive, and Digital Designer to ensure cohesive and impactful design across all client projects. Understand and interpret client briefs to create visually compelling designs that align with brand identities and marketing goals. Create design assets for multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand presence. Uphold high standards of design quality, conducting regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards. Work collaboratively within the pod to align design elements with marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of design and marketing efforts. Adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback with a flexible and solution-oriented approach to design challenges. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights within the pod for ongoing professional development Craft compelling design pitches and develop distinctive brand identities that resonate with clients' objectives and elevate their visual presence. What we’re looking for: 1-3 years of experience as a Visual Designer in a design or creative agency. Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma & Adobe Suite Proven experience in creating visually compelling designs for diverse projects, demonstrating a strong portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and capabilities. Be well-versed in industry-standard design tools and technologies, leveraging them to optimise the design process and output. Bring an innovative and forward-thinking mindset to design concepts, pushing creative boundaries and exploring new design approaches. Strong communication and experience in collaborating a cross-functional pod or team setup, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Understanding of Motion Design & Editing (Bonus)** Understanding of Mixed Medium (Photography, Videography) Have a strong understanding of branding.Job tags
