Responsibilities: ·

Graphic Design: -

Develop visually appealing and creative graphic designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, print collateral, presentations, and more. -

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Web Design: -

Utilize basic web design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and interfaces. -

Work closely with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final website.

Branding: -

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all design materials and platforms. -

Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.

Collaboration: -

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to gather requirements and insights for design projects. -

Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and timelines.

Adaptability: -

Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements. -

Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into design processes.

Salary Package:

Competitive salary of INR 2,40,000 p.a based-on experience and skills, with additional benefits.

Qualifications: -

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects. -

Basic understanding of web design principles and experience creating web graphics. -

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). -

Familiarity with basic web design tools and platforms. -

Strong communication and collaboration skills. -

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. -

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design.
