Job description
Preparing Monthly Attendance of Site Employees.
Maintain Leave Records of Employee. Maintain Employee documents personal file. Assist to HO HR for recruitment process. Having good analytical skills and should be efficient in working with large data of employees. Prepare various MIS reports for manpower planning. Ensuring multiple sites manpower recruitments, verifications of documents, training, discipline, code of conduct, hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Ensuring Joining & Exit formalities with all documents and proper coordination with HO. Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliances (Labour License,BOCW Certificate, Provisional Tax, ESI & PF Submissions, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, Labour Annual Returns etc.) Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
