Job description

 Preparing Monthly Attendance of Site Employees.

 Maintain Leave Records of Employee.

 Maintain Employee documents personal file.

 Assist to HO HR for recruitment process.

 Having good analytical skills and should be efficient in working with large

data of employees. Prepare various MIS reports for manpower planning.

 Ensuring multiple sites manpower recruitments, verifications of documents,

training, discipline, code of conduct, hearing and resolving employee

grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.

 Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

 Ensuring Joining & Exit formalities with all documents and proper

coordination with HO.

 Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliances (Labour License,BOCW

Certificate, Provisional Tax, ESI & PF Submissions, Minimum Wages Act,

Contract Labour Act, Labour Annual Returns etc.)

 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable

human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations,

maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
