Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining hygiene standards, communicating with other members of the kitchen team, and cooking. The Commis Chef will also be expected to have strong culinary skills and work with the Head Chef to create dishes.

Qualifications

• Strong food preparation skills and knowledge of hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Experience cooking in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated culinary skills and ability to work with the Head Chef to create new dishes
• Experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary degree/diploma
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
