Job Title: Account Executive - On Site Coordinator

As an Account Executive at the client site, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the communication and operational gap between our agency and the client. Your responsibilities will include capturing content, coordinating events, obtaining briefs and approvals, and managing day-to-day communications to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client on-site.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.

Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries promptly.

Content Capture : Collaborate with the creative team to capture relevant on-site content.

Coordinate photo and video shoots as needed.

Ensure that all content aligns with the client's brand and messaging guidelines.

Event Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.

Coordinate logistics, manage on-site activities, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events.

Briefs and Approvals: Gather detailed briefs from the client, understanding their goals and expectations.

Facilitate the approval process, ensuring that deliverables meet client specifications.

Communication Management: Maintain regular communication with both agency and client teams.

Provide timely updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential challenges.

Address and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive working relationship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with content creation processes and event coordination is a plus.
• Be available to work on alternate Saturdays as part of the regular work schedule.

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC : 3.6 to 4.2 LPA (depending upon experience)
