About the job

IDG, Inc. is looking for a Contract Administrator based in Bangalore to join our Legal Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other things, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, statements of work, and master agreements, maintaining contracts to ensure accurate and compliant contract records and building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders. This is a permanent position working 2pm -11pm IST.
