Responsibilities Solution Design and Implementation: - Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing requirements and design solutions using CRM for Marketing.
- Implement and configure CRM Marketing modules to meet client specifications.
- Customize and extend the system to address unique business needs.
Business Process Analysis - Conduct thorough analysis of marketing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
Requirements Gathering - Engage with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
- Elicit and document detailed functional and technical requirements for CRM marketing processes.
CRM Configuration - Configure and customize CRM Marketing modules based on business
requirements.
- Implement and manage marketing automation, lead management, and campaign management functionalities.
Integration - Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between CRM Marketing and other systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between CRM and marketing tools.
Training And Documentation - Conduct training sessions for end-users on the use of CRM Marketing features.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Testing And Quality Assurance - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of CRM Marketing modules.
- Collaborate with testing teams to validate integrations and data migrations
Client Support - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests related to CRM Marketing.
- Work closely with the support team to resolve incidents and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant with a focus on CRM Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM Marketing modules and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, lead management, and campaign management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing CRM to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in CRM will be a plus.
