Job Title: Telecaller Location: Sector 4, Noida Salary Range: INR 10,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-calling or related roles. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist with back-end office tasks and administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate leads and promote our products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels. Provide information about our products/services to potential customers. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Assist with back-end office tasks such as filing, and documentation. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
