The Role:
- As a ServiceNow Sr Lead you will be responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow focusing on development and system integration using various web technologies.
The Job:
- Your primary responsibilities will include developing within the ServiceNow platform utilizing JavaScript frameworks and implementing various ServiceNow modules such as HRSD Employee Centre and Service Catalog Design.
- Additionally you will be expected to integrate systems using web services and maintain proficiency in ITIL and Azure Fundamentals.
Mandatory Skills:
- Primary Skills : ServiceNow development System integration using web services Proficiency in JavaScript XML HTML AJAX CSS REST/SOAP
- Secondary Skills : JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular JS jQuery Node.js Apache Jelly React) Experience with HRSD Employee Centre Service Portal ServiceNow CSM Service Catalog Design Knowledge of ITIL and Azure Fundamentals
What Youll Do:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow
- Develop and integrate systems using web services and webbased technologies
- Implement and customize various ServiceNow modules
- Maintain proficiency in ITIL and Azure Fundamentals
What You Should Have:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and system integration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript XML HTML AJAX CSS REST/SOAP
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and ServiceNow modules
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with ITIL and Azure Fundamentals
