Pepper Content ( is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 150,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.

We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. We are looking to hire our first Head of Demand Generation for our US Market.

The Head of Demand Marketing will plan, build, and run inbound and outbound demand-generating programs for domestic and international markets to drive and accelerate pipeline growth. You will help us to define, execute, measure, and refine a creative, compelling, and effective marketing revenue strategy for our growing enterprise software and services solutions business. This role will primarily work in the US time zone

What You’ll Do:

Generate pipeline. Own the delivery of our inbound pipeline numbers and align with sales and customer success leaders to help hit our new sales and expansion targets. Rigorously audit the full funnel, provide data-driven insights, and make adjustments swiftly to drive the business. Build a demand generation engine. Work with internal and external partners to create sustained, productive, iterative programs across demand generation channels: primarily paid marketing, email, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and, eventually, ABM, social, and content marketing. Collaborate and prioritize effectively. Work cross-functionally and utilize data to focus the team on the right initiatives in the right order. Maintain a strong connection between product marketing and a consistent experience across the customer journey. Present strategic priorities and performance. Articulate key initiatives and present performance reviews to leadership, including financials, test results, forecasts, and metrics. Hold yourself and your team accountable for results. Take a hands-on approach. Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to campaign development, content creation, and other tactical execution as needed.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of demand gen and/or digital marketing experience (B2B marketing and/or marketing for an enterprise software company is a strong plus). 3+ years in a leadership role (experience managing contractors and working with distributive teams is a plus) A data-driven operator who has success building demand generation plans across multiple channels, geos, and market segments and delivers against aggressive growth targets. Experience managing or working closely with the SDR function to improve conversion rates at lead to discovery set Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics Positive attitude and proven team player, able to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to meet business goals Thrives in a fast-paced organization Detail-oriented project manager with the ability to cohere teams and drive efficiency Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and communicating the progress of meaningful objectives and goals Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of accountability
