Job role : Customer Support Executive And Telesales 
Gender: Female / Male
Qualification : PUC / Degree
Experience : Fresher to 1yr
Salary : 16000 k to 17000k + Performance based incentives 
Location: Bangalore (BELLANDHUR )
Working days: 6 days ( Sunday week off )
Shift: Day shift
Working time : 9:30AM TO 6:30 PM
LANGUAGE : Fluent Hindi Communication (mandatory).
Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Answering telephone calls, emails messages
2. Solving issues of customers regarding particular Product on the call
3. Must know how to generate Feedback work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer
