Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its services. They will also conduct market research, monitor industry trends, create and manage advertising materials, and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for brand building and promotions. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the brand's social media presence and website content to ensure its alignment with marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Expertise in marketing campaigns, both online and offline
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
