Job description

Skills Required : Program Management : Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs across multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to create and execute program plans, define project scopes, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Product Development : Strong understanding of product development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience in overseeing the development of new products or enhancements, from ideation to launch, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. As-a-Service (aaS) Process Design and Improvement : Proficiency in designing and optimizing processes for delivering products or services as-a-Service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Familiarity with cloud computing principles, subscription-based models, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Project Management : Skilled in project management techniques and tools for planning, scheduling, and executing projects effectively. Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success. Strategic Planning : Ability to align program objectives with organizational strategy and vision. Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall business objectives. Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Provide direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts and ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Ability to prepare and present synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications for decision-making. Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve program objectives. Responsibilities : Program Management : Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex programs involving multiple projects. Develop program plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Product Development Oversight : Oversee the development and launch of new products or enhancements, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and differentiation. Process Design and Improvement : Design and optimize processes for delivering products or services as-a-Service (aaS). Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency gains across the organization. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues within programs and projects, and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Monitor project performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate program status, milestones, and key insights to stakeholders through synthesized intelligence reports and presentations. Provide regular updates to senior management and executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Budget Management : Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining program quality and integrity. Continuous Improvement : Continuously evaluate program performance and effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Implement feedback mechanisms and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and enhance program outcomes. Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing program execution.
