Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Project Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple technical projects end-to-end, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating project risks, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring project objectives are met.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Program Management: Proven experience in the successful delivery of complex programs
• Project Management: Extensive experience in managing large-scale technical projects across various domains
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Experience in the electrical or automation industry is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is required, a Master's degree is preferred
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
