Job description
Formulating the strategy & delivery roadmap for the organizations digital assets such as mobile app & website
Outlining a robust customer engagement & activation framework to drive customer adoption of these digital assets
Driving projects to continuously optimize and enhance the user experience on digital purchase and customer service journeys
Management of product deliverables & multiple stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of these initiatives
Defining key performance measurements & dashboards and reporting performance against goals
Keeping abreast with latest digital trends in the market through regular benchmarking
Instituting listening posts to capture & analyze customer feedback for continuous enhancements in the digital experience delivered
Identifying relevant value-added services for deeper engagement with existing customers and driving new customer acquisition through digital platforms
Doing market study to identify spaces of opportunity and presenting proposals to senior management and key stakeholders to enable decision making on suitable value-added services to be offered through digital platforms
Managing and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver various digital services
Putting in place strong foundational capabilities such as analytics, system monitoring, content management and performance reporting to ensure delivery of a seamless digital experience to customers
Working alongside marketing, technology and other relevant functions to have in place a communication calendar for running multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption of digital services
Continuously experimenting, testing, designing & managing campaigns for customer activation and adoption of digital services
