This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations Manager located in Pune. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and team management. They will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service throughout all events.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Event Planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in the events industry
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- Experience with project management software and other event management tools
