Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at making calls for recruitment purposes. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Conduct proactive and strategic outreach to potential candidates through phone calls, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Effectively communicate job opportunities and company culture to potential candidates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and progress.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
