Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for securing projects for our bench candidates promptly and establishing and nurturing relationships with prime vendors who work directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with prime vendors and direct clients to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
  2. Effectively market bench candidates to prime vendors and direct clients, emphasizing their skills, experience, and suitability for available projects.
  3. Actively source and submit bench candidates for open positions to secure project placements swiftly.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects for bench candidates by building and nurturing relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure a seamless and efficient process from candidate submission to project placement.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to effectively position bench candidates for relevant opportunities.
  7. Track and document all interactions and activities in the company's CRM or ATS for accurate reporting and analysis.
  8. Provide timely updates and feedback to bench candidates regarding their submission status and project opportunities.
  9. Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with prime vendors and direct clients to maximize project placements and profitability.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve bench sales strategies and processes to optimize results and meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the staffing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, including prime vendor relationships and client engagement.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with prime vendors, direct clients, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM or ATS platforms for candidate and project management.
  8. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
