Work with the TCS Service Manager and EIT functional leads to visualize Enterprise Technology delivery and supplier performance across applications and infrastructure services.
Analyze critical data sets to highlight and spot trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards to provide EIT leadership with a view on service, security levels, and technology performance.
Support Enterprise IT Leadership in the development of operational reporting for use with business stakeholders. Develop required data tables using SQL and present reporting dashboards via Power BI.
When required, assist in review of ITIL process and in creating and maintaining IT operational workflows, knowledge documents, reports, and communications to IT and 3rd parties.
Assist in reviewing SLA and OLA performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
