Job description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving top line revenue in an assigned territory and growth for Power climber, by representing Power Climber products to new and existing dealers, managing international accounts and promoting a positive image of the Power Climber brand. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to be a strong, practical self starting leader who will apply that leadership to enhance the organization's customer position.

Responsibilities

· Execute customer strategy plans to achieve AOP revenue.

· Define and quantify Market opportunities per customer segment for our product line.

· Manage and develop new opportunities, Geographic or products in the specific segment (Temp Access, BMU, Wind or Elevator).

· Understand in details and influence with great integrity the customer decision makers

· Manage the commercial aspects of the projects we are working on.

· Enable us to close yearly purchase commitments to secure a constant flow of activity through the year.

· Negotiate purchase agreements with new account for our region.

· Ensure high Customer satisfaction, and propose corrective actions if necessary.

· Communicate VOC internally and cross-functionally

· Contributes to creation of programs to expand profitable market penetration through development or acquisition of new technologies and services, increased customer commitment and the capture of new customers.

· Regularly visits existing customers:

· Informs customers of product developments, service training opportunities, and reports customer problems or successes to corporate office.

· Performs end-user sales calls with existing customers to support distributor growth. Responsible for daily and comprehensive updates to CRM.

· Reports sales forecasts, itinerary, expenses, lost sales and additional information as required to corporate office.
