Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Bikes & Services, located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and supplies. Other responsibilities include assisting the Manager in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, marketing and business development, and maintaining confidential records.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience in the retail industry, specifically in the bicycle industry, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
