- Take part in developing project documentation like SRS, Project Plan with phases, Design & Architecture, deployment & implementation plan
- Manage the day-to-day operations that lead to project completion
- Enforce team to implement quality plan and standards
- Help identifying project scope in multiple phases and define milestones
