Job description

• As part of our growing UX team you have the opportunity to help shape digitization in healthcare

• You will be part of the development of innovative solutions for doctors and medical staff in all project phases
• You create user-centric concepts for medical applications: the desktop and web solutions streamline ophthalmic workflows
• The tools provide access to patient examination data and allow doctors to make confident decisions at a glance
• You are part of an interdisciplinary team in an international environment
• You work very closely with product managers and software developers, with requirement engineers and risk analysts to bring concepts from the first idea to the final product
• You are in close contact with other UX and UI designers to create a consistent and engaging experience for our product portfolio
• You support our researchers to gain insights for projects and evaluate your concepts in user tests

Experience:

5+ Years of Experience

Technical Skills:

minimum of five years professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on UX design, usability engineering or similar

passion and experience to develop user-centric concepts with an eye for the big picture and attention to detail

project experience in the development of diverse interaction concepts for digital touchpoints (desktop, web, mobile or others)

good skillset and creativity with a clear focus on interaction design and usability incl. proficient hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Axure, Adobe XD, figma or similar - experience and methodological competence in user testing, experience in user research is a plus

experience in working with development teams and agile methodologies

strong team spirit and communication skills

a degree (Master or Diploma) with a focus on Interaction Design, Media Design, Human Machine Interaction, Psychology - or convincing professional experience

Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability

Must be collaborative in approach and a team player
