Grow Your Staff is looking for a

DevOps Engineer

for a

Computer Software firm in Germany.

The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany.

Experience required : 5 years+ CTC:

8-16

LPA Location : Remote Time : 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes monitoring solutions with top of the line products like Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Prometheus, and set up meaningful alerts. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure efficient and secure application deployment. Configure and manage infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues to ensure high availability and performance. Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Continuously improve system and application reliability through automation and scripting. Manage and maintain version control systems and collaborate with development teams on code management. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure and applications. Provide on-call support for critical issues and participate in a rotation schedule.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role Basic understanding of network and security concepts Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
