Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping of the assigned area/geography at regular intervals in coordination with the supervisor.
Identify new sources within the allocated area/geography and update the reporting manager during team huddles.
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned sources within the area/geography.
Maintain sales-related reports and documentation as per the prescribed format.
Attend daily team huddles as per the set process.
Enhance customer experience by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Ensure the completion of application forms, documentation, and information for each file submission.
Identify the need for appointment of channel partners.
