As the Exhibition / Events Director for our leading B2B exhibitions, including
INTIMASIA, Source NXT, Under Roof, Change Masters and other Events you will be at the forefront of driving the success of these prestigious trade shows. This role demands a passionate fashion enthusiast with a deep understanding of the Textile and Apparel industry. You will oversee the end-to-end planning, business development, marketing, promotions, and execution to ensure the exhibitions' continued growth and success. Extensive networking and willingness to travel are essential for this role. Number of Openings: 4 Job Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai) - Onsite Only Experience: 7+ Years of Relevant Experience Salary Package: 8 to 12 Lacs Responsibilities: Exhibition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for each exhibition, aligning with the company's goals and market trends. Business Development: Identify and engage with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to grow the exhibition's presence and revenue. Marketing and Promotion: Lead the marketing team in creating innovative campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors. Develop promotional strategies, including digital and traditional marketing channels. Exhibition Planning: Oversee all aspects of exhibition planning, including floor planning, booth allocation, logistics, and budgeting. Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of exhibitions, including on-site management, exhibitor and visitor services, and problem resolution. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market opportunities to continually improve the exhibitions. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders to enhance the exhibitions' reputation and reach. Travel: Be willing to travel extensively to attend industry events, meet potential exhibitors, and promote the exhibitions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of success in planning, executing, and growing trade shows and exhibitions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
