About Us:
Hi,
We are looking for a new club manager to run our Hyphen Clubs. Hyphen operates fully furnished and managed coliving clubs with 1 BHK's apartments and studios across prime locations close to working hubs and commercial areas.
The job will entail working with the property owner, managing the P&L for the entire building, and making sure that members get the best customer service. You'll be expected to provide front desk coverage during business hours, greet and check-in members and guests, greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, send confirmation emails as well as making sure tickets/issues raised are resolved on time and update the CRM post-visit.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing a team at a similar size or larger property in an office environment prior to joining Hyphen. The ideal candidate should also have some experience in sales and customer service. Additionally, they should know how to manage their time effectively as well as be able to handle multiple tasks at once or prioritizing actions based on deadlines.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR YOU MAY ASK
- We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to manage the operations of our Coliving community.
- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of this growing community, which will require you to coordinate with other members to ensure that everyone has what they need and that everything is running smoothly.
- Your role will also Managing customer service issues and complaints, including responding to requests for service and responding to guests' feedback about their experience at hyphen club.
- Organizing the staff schedule so that employees can make it into work on time, including coordinating shifts with front office staff and housekeeping team.
- Managing inventory so that inventory levels meet demand without exceeding limits set by management.
A FEW QUALIFICATIONS YOU ARE REQUIRED/ PREFERRED TO HAVE
- You should have experience with hotels or hospitality in general and would ideally have worked at a large international hotel chain where you handled customer service issues and managed operations (including maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency).
- You will also be responsible for managing your own time effectively so that you can meet deadlines while still being able to spend time with your family or attend activities outside work hours if needed (we understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly!).
- We prefer candidates who are comfortable commuting and who'd be happy to dedicate up to 60 hours a week
- You should have experience in front office/guest relations or housekeeping.
