Hiring fo r Quality Control Manager Reporting: Plant Head
Location: Perundurai, Erode Tamil Nadu
Qualification B.Sc / M.Sc- Chemistry Experience 8 To 9 Yrs Budget - 8 to 9 Lacs The company's product portfolio includes innovative, specialized, and futuristic products capable of addressing todays challenges. The product portfolio of the company comprises Roofing Sheets, Fibre Cement Boards, and Flat Sheets.
The Company has a robust distribution network of 3,000+dealers across India and it has catered to 1 million+ customers so far since inception.
- Responsibilities, Quantifiable results/deliverables expected from the position:
follow the quality plan in accordance with standard specification for incoming raw materials, process parameters and finished product
control in verification of the process and to inform production dept accordingly for improvement.
send lab report or process parameters to production supervisor
Calibrate lab instruments periodically
raw materials feeding as required
control on rejection and net loss.
attend customer complaints in time and discuss the outcome with production Dept.
inform result of trials & its conclusions to management.
zero rejections
monthly MIS report.
follow process parameters entry and batch releasing in ERP
follow all ERP operations and data entry & daily reports timely.
Address customer complaints in time and maintain a log
Follow , check & make report of returned material.
To maintain hygiene, cleanliness & working of RO and STP dept.
To maintain all legal activities
To update the R&D team regarding any new development needed or done.
