Job description
What this job involves;
- Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
- Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, post offer engagement
- Regular meetings with the hiring managers
- Maintain minimum 18-20 joiners in a month
- Ageing to be under 8% of total REQs
- Candidate and hiring manager survey score to be 4.5 and above (out of 5)
- Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
- Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
- Attracting Diverse Talent and maintain pipeline

- MIS/reporting skills
Sound like you To apply you need to be: - Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree OR Preferably an MBA in HR
- minimum 3-4 years into Volume Hiring
