Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with team members and franchise locations, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and identifying areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the CAD/CAM industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM technologies and software
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in operations management or project management are a plus
