Sutherland is searching for an
Lead - New Hire Training to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance team of support professionals. We are looking for someone who can understand the needs of individuals and work to instill knowledge and confidence. Roles &Responsibilities Create, facilitate and revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge. Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members. Facilitate all aspects of a multi-week transmission and blended type new hire training & nesting. Facilitate all aspects of floor-training and BQM Training for the program. Supervise and coach learners in nesting & BQM type environments. Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in any field Minimum 2 years of training experience in an US Insurance vertical. Preferred experience into claims processing for US Property & Casualty insurance vertical. Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements. Willingness and ability to work in US work shifts.Job tags
