Job description
As GRC Business Support Assistant you will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to all the GRC-led committees at IQ-EQ, providing an initial and ongoing contact point for committee members and stakeholders.
Working in a cross-functional role as part of the Strategy Operations team, this person will support all pillars of GRC managing the GRC inbox, scheduling meetings, coordinating committees and preparing minutes increasing effectiveness by taking over organisational routine and issues, building excellent communication with other department executives/other operations and providing useful feedback.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to minutiae, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks:
Administrative Support to Group Risk and Compliance:
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of committees, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
- Manage the GRC inbox, categorising and directing requests, and handling basic inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the access and permissions to GRC platforms, maintaining and updating risk and compliance databases and documentation.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables.

Qualifications Required Experience
Education / professional qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
Background experience
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role in a complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in production of Management information
- Experience of remote working within a dispersed team
Computer / program knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Experience in content-management tools
