The Professional Services (PS) Operations group operates as an internal consulting group to define and drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the Professional Services business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional Services Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our professional services teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the system administration and maintenance of a Professional Services Automation tool (PSA), including:
PS Opportunity and/or Project creation and maintenance.
Understanding PSA and the data structures to pull relevant data into reports or dashboards.
Point of contact for PSA Users.
Troubleshooting issues, issue resolution working with the PSA vendor if issues cannot be resolved.
Documenting and testing of enhancements and/or additional PSA Modules.
Assist in resource scheduling.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on data analysis.
Provide training and guidance to team members on operational processes and tools when necessary.
Ensure that infrastructure elements, including templates, SOPs, manuals, policy documents, etc are kept up to date.
Support PS Operations projects. This may include planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, management, and execution.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word. MS Excel proficiency will be assessed through skills testing.
Familiar with Salesforce and experience in creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful.
Must be able to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
Fluency of spoken and written command of English.
2-3 years experience in an operations role, preferably in professional services.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
