Role Description This is a full-time remote entry-level role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with digital marketing, including social media marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. The Specialist will be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in Developing and Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and the company website. Manage Social Media Platforms: Help manage and update the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our marketing goals. Create Engaging Content: Assist in creating compelling content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape that can inform our marketing strategies. Qualifications Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data Experience with email marketing campaigns and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience working remotely is a plus Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices preferred As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
