Roles and Responsibilities Contact leads via phone calls and emails, and diligently follow up to convert them into customers. Responsible for effective Conversion of walk-in Customers Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate with the interior design team to facilitate smooth project execution. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
