Job Description We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our Telugu Language Voice Process. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to our Telugu-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities - Customer Assistance: Handle incoming calls from Telugu-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and company policies in every customer interaction, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Technical Support and Sales to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements - Fluency in Telugu language (both verbal and written) is essential for this role.
- Proficient in English communication to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide efficient solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
