Role Description

This part-time/full time, on-site role is in Nagpur and is for a Soft Skills Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. The Soft Skills Trainer will also create training modules, conduct workshops, and coach team members to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
• Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methods.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective coaching and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliability, dependability, and adaptability are essential.
