Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer (Service) located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to InBody devices, providing technical support, and conducting field service when necessary.

Qualifications Customer support and communication skills Experience in troubleshooting and technical support Experience in field service and operations Knowledge of electronic circuitry and software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field

Relevant certifications in technical support, customer service, and field service are a plus.
