Doctor Relationship Associate

Job description
As a Doctor Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians/ general physicians etc within the allotted areas.
What you will do:
- Researching and analysing market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories
- Executing activities like workshops, CMEs etc
- Tracking and analysing marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommending data-driven strategies for improvement
- Managing and maintaining a database of referring physicians and healthcare professionals
- Updating monthly work plan, & reporting on daily basis to the Reporting Manager
- Submitting of monthly, weekly detailed progress
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies
- Collaborating effectively with all the departments
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager/ Management from time to time
- Travelling across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Passion about helping individuals and couples build families
- Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments
