We're seeking a Social Account Manager/Client Servicing to forge connections between brands and craft compelling brand narratives. Job description:

Strategy Development: Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and marketing objectives.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements. Coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that may arise during campaign implementation.

Communication and Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analysis. Maintain open and clear communication channels between clients and the agency.

Client Growth and Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell services or propose new advertising solutions to existing clients. Participate in pitches and presentations to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.

Team Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to discuss the client brief customer and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the work.

Content Planning and Creation: Creating engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and identity.

Community Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media analytics, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Crisis Management: Developing strategies and protocols to manage potential social media crises or negative feedback effectively.

Performance Optimization: Implementing A/B testing, experimenting with different strategies, and refining approaches to improve social media performance continually.

1. A creative thinker with big ideas and an operational/Strategy expert 2. A researcher who can dig deep to find valuable information and craft detailed briefs and directions for the creative team. 3. An expert at adapting their client relationship skills to meet their clients’ expectations. 4. Has strong knowledge of branding and communication, SEO, keyword research, and integrating keyword strategy into copy and content. 5. Able to take a brief or concept and give it substance, direction, and content. 6. An expert in powerfully communicating key messages. 7. Able to tailor branding and communication according to purpose – to sell or to inform. 8. Good communicator 9. Experienced in understanding websites, blogs, marketing campaigns, emails, slogans, and scripts. 10. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. 11. Excellent operational and communication skills. 12. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices. 1 13. Attentive to the complementary relationship between visual elements and content. 14. Proficient in account manager 15. An active problem solver. 16. Organized and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 17. Attentive to project goals and user needs. 18. Ready to learn more about digital strategies and adapt skills to keep pace with the continually involving industry. 19. A team player. 20. Understanding of ATL and BTL communication.
