JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Learning and Development activities in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, and drive business growth

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy for India, aligned with the company's global L&D strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Ensure the delivery and upkeep of a regional new hire onboarding program, which maintains consistency with companion programs in other offices
  • Evaluate external vendors and faculty for fit, regarding a variety of internal and external training needs
  • Manage the L&D budget for India and ensure the cost-effective delivery of training programs.
  • Be a visible advocate for learning in meetings, townhalls, client visits, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the L&D offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D, and incorporate them into the L&D strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods.
• Experience working in a global project/matrix organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
