Designation : Retentions/Remarketing Specialists
Location : Mumbai Santacruz(W)
Joining: Immediate or less than 15 days
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective retention and remarketing strategies to reengage old leads and existing/lost customers.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Sales and Customer Service to optimize the customer journey and drive retention efforts.
Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of retention and remarketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and remarketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in customer retention remarketing or a similar role preferably in B2B.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
