Opening for one of the FMCG seasoning company for the position of Food Tech- Product Development JD
The Purpose Of The Role The purpose of this role is to use creative abilities and research methods to innovative products based on industry trends and develop new products to meet the needs of the company's target market. Responsibilities Ø Lead projects to deliver regional innovation, focusing on bringing new innovations to market and ensuring delivery of technical elements to the project. Ø Providing inputs to the category team on processing know-how& customer queries. Ø Work with customers on processing technology solutions. Ø Should understand different industries such as QSR and HORECA. Ø Should have an understanding of different IMF formulations – Paste, Liquid, Jelly seasonings, and Ingredient substrate bases. Ø Well-versed in sensory tests and methodologies and able to conduct and interpret sensory results. Ø Prepares prototype products using research lab, pilot lab, manufacturing facilities, and equipment, as required. Ø Understand and conduct the design of experiments, and use statistical tools to analyze data during product development. Ø Should have Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and, equipment. Ø Should have sound knowledge of local regulations related to the category. Ø Require to maintain the company's IP and ensure there is no breach of trust during their employment and after leaving the company. Ø Directly or indirectly maintains and pursues relationships, collaborating closely with senior-level leadership. Ø Champions our R&D effectiveness framework and drives teamwork culture and alignment of goals. Requirement Ø M Tech/MSc (Food Technology). Ø 2-3 years of experience.
