About Axtria Institute:
Axtria Institute is an internal Learning & Development organization within Axtria with the objective of capability development of Axtria Associates . . Axtria Institute is focused on building careers in Analytics – both for trainees (by providing access to recognize and rigorous certifications in various technical, functional, analytical, and behavioral skills that make up a good analyst) and trainers (by providing a platform for leveraging subject matter expertise to coach juniors in various subjects & overall problem solving). Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver curricula, documentation, and other training collateral to support Axtria product portfolio training program. Establish and develop a revenue generating customer (user persona wise ) product training curriculum and courses. Identify training tools, using state of the art technology, to create user persona-wise training modules for internal and external users . Update content on an ongoing and sustainable basis. Facilitate product training workshops both in ILT and VILT mode . Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning programs and supporting collaterals. Creating (or identifying the need for creating) supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.). Create simulations for product training to encourage hands-on exercises . Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs. Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. Requirements: Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive timelines. 10-12 years of relevant work experience. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills Strong project management and collaboration skills . Ability to simplify technical or complex information and tasks into friendly, simple language. Education and Exp level Educational Qualification - MBA Experience Level- 5-8 years of experience in L&D or Product function in SaaS environment Location – Delhi / NCRJob tags
