The Lead must have Have the knowledge of Overall architecture design and understand potential constraints Understand the release process and monitoring the delivery, provide necessary support to the team to complete the work timely and with good quality Drive and Support team member to complete the solution review/ migration / release and documentation Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution Well communication Required Experience and Skills: Understand data design and data models for Salesforce Integration knowledge with upstream and downstream systems Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable recommendations Customization using APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Ability to self-learn, develop and apply business and technical knowledge quickly Ability to navigate in complex enterprise environments and handle ambiguity well Superior written, listening, communication and influencing skills Fluency in stakeholder expectations management (1.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
