Artisan AI (YC W24) is creating the first generation of digital workers called Artisans. Ava, our first Artisan, automates the entire outbound sales process. We are located in San Francisco (close to Union Square), and genuinely believe the technology we're creating can ignite the next Industrial Revolution. Next year, we'll release 5 Artisans, including a CS Rep and Marketing Manager, that work both with our native feature-rich software and popular external software tools.
Role Description This is a full-time role as Chief of Staff for the APAC region. The role will be the right-hand to the CEO, representing his vision & mission and aligning our team in India. You'll be responsible for managing various day-to-day operations of the company, assisting with strategy and planning, and overseeing projects and initiatives for the entire organization. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, consulting, COO or similar role Perfect spoken & written English Demonstrated ability to lead a team and successfully manage projects Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field from a top university Benefits Unlimited PTO Be one of the first 15 employees at a cutting-edge AI startupJob tags
