Perform data entry and record maintenance tasks.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Respond to emails and phone calls, providing support and assistance.
Assist with order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient back-office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Follow company policies and procedures for compliance.
Support other departments as needed for smooth business operations.
