Job Description (Role)
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Utilize tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create insightful and interactive dashboards.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Modeling and Machine Learning:
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models for optimal performance.
- Implement machine learning solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Management and Cleansing:
- Ensure data quality through effective cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Handle and transform large datasets efficiently.
- Work with data warehousing concepts and data integration.
- Marketing Analytics:
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and measure marketing performance.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business teams.
Specific Criteria Required - Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction from databases.
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2+years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in approaching challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
