We seek an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organisational goals. The HR Manager will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations:
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.
Performance Management:
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
• Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Policy Development and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies following legal requirements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and maintain compliance.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Payroll Processing and Compensation:
• Manage and oversee the payroll processing function.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and stay informed about industry trends.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Implement succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
HR Administration:
• Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee records.
• Administer benefits programs and address employee queries.
• Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics for management.
• Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree & HR Certification is a plus.
